If you are in a double or triple occupancy room but this does not display the matching number of roommates, it is likely an additional roommate will be assigned later for the Spring term.
Fall 2025/Spring 2026 Returning Student Contract- Open Now!
The Returning student contract is now available for students who live on-campus currently, and will be open through January 10, 2025.
Returning students who have submitted a contract can request a specific roommate through January 20th at 11:59pm.
Residence Hall Dates
Spring 2025
Residence Halls open Saturday, January 4th at 5pm.
Spring Break
Residence Halls close on Saturday, March 8th at 12pm.
Residence Halls open on Sunday, March 16th at 12pm.
Residence Halls close on Saturday, May 3rd at 12pm.
Spring 2025 Contract Information
If you are a Spring 2025 admit or are returning from a Fall study abroad program, the Spring 2025 housing contract opened in late October and was available for a short time. There are a limited number of spaces available for Spring start students.
Once the contract has closed, you may add yourself to the Spring 2025 waitlist by emailing housing@fsu.edu from your FSU email account, including your full legal name, FSUID and EmplID with a request to be added to the Spring 2025 housing waitlist.
If you are a current Fall 2024 resident, you already have a Fall 2024/Spring 2025 contract.
